Instructions
Prepare the
Sriracha Candied Bacon

Caramelized Onions
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onions and cook down for 30 minutes.
Sriracha BBQ Sauce
Combine the BBQ sauce and sriracha to make the sauce.
Brie Cheeseburger
While the onions are caramelizing, combine the ground beef, brown sugar, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and form into 4 patties.
Grill the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side.
Top each burger with 2 oz of brie cheese 2 minutes before removing from the grill.
Spread the Sriracha BBQ Sauce on each of the bottom buns. Place the arugula on top of the sauce, then place the burger on top of the arugula.
Place the caramelized onions and 1 ½ slices of bacon on top of each burger, add the top bun and serve.
