russet potatoes
peeled & cubed

butter
cubed

milk

blue cheese dressing

cup
buffalo sauce

blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Add the potatoes to a large pot of boiling water.
Boil until fork tender, 15-20 minutes.
Drain and place back on the stove over low heat.
Add the butter, milk, blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce.
Use an electric hand mixer to mash the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with the blue cheese crumbles.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
