Last week as I was preparing this Blue Cheese Buffalo Chicken & Pork Meatloaf for dinner, I thought, what goes better with meatloaf than mashed potatoes?

Then I thought, I must make a Buffalo Cheesy Mashed Potato Recipe to go with the meatloaf, and here we are!

Buffalo Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes Ingredients

  • 3 lbs russet potatoes (peeled & cubed)
  • ½ cup butter (cubed)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles

Buffalo Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Add the potatoes to a large pot of boiling water.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Mashed Potato Recipe

Boil until fork tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain and place back on the stove over low heat.

Add the butter, milk, blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce.  Use an electric hand mixer to mash the potatoes.

Place the potatoes in an oven safe dish and sprinkle with the blue cheese crumbles. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
