baking potatoes

garlic
crushed

steak seasoning

buffalo sauce

butter
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
Slice the potatoes into wedges.
Add the potatoes to a mixing bowl and combine with crushed garlic, olive oil, steak seasoning and buffalo sauce.
Toss everything to coat then arrange the potatoes in an even layer on a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Chop the butter into small cubes and place throughout the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
