One of the things that excites me so much about the new neighborhood we’ll be living in is that there’s a brand new Asian market just about 2 miles away and it’s huge! I decided to stop by a couple of weeks ago before heading over to the new house for a meeting with our contractor and pick up some red and green curry paste.

I used the red curry paste in this recipe for Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Chicken Noodles (seriously, so good!) and the green curry paste in this recipe for Avocado Curry!

Don’t worry though, if you don’t have an Asian market near you, you can still find red and green curry paste in the Asian section of your local grocery store, or you can order the same Green Currry Paste that I found at my local Asian market on Amazon.

I was originally inspired to create this delicious breakfast treat when my bestie Amy (fabulous fashion blogger!) said “You have to try the pumpkin filled croissants at Starbucks!” I was immediately on board with this, but when I arrived at my beloved  Starbucks, there were no pumpkin filled croissants, only pumpkin muffins, scones and bread.

I then remembered one of my favorite breakfast treats of all time…. Blueberry Pastry Delights and thought, I could basically do the same thing, but with pumpkin instead of blueberries.  Two weeks later, here we are… sitting in the middle of Pumpkin Pastry heaven!

Since the almighty sous vide (←affiliate link to the one we have at home!) came into our life a year ago, one of our favorite things to do is grab various meats at the grocery store, then toss them in the sous vide with a combination of herbs and spices. Four to eight hours later, dinner is ready!

There’s no recipe involved, no real measuring, just a super easy way to get dinner on the table and try something new!
