What you’ll need
I purchased everything for this pickle board (including the board itself!) at Target. I put together a list of everything I used to make this board, so you can easily add everything to your cart and pick it up on your next Target run!
- Snacks – for this board, I added dill pickle cashews (a personal favorite on the board!), dill pickle potato chips, and dill pickle popcorn.
- Dips – I added a lemon garlic dill hummus to the board. While not technically pickle-flavored, I let it slide because of the dill, and because it was delicious! I also added a dill pickle chip dip and a spicy dill pickle dipping sauce, which was perfect for the fried pickles.
- Fried pickles – I picked up a box of frozen fried pickles at Target. You can air fry them in 8-10 minutes, or bake them in the oven for 12-14 minutes for a hot and crispy addition to the board.
- Pickle bites – to make these, you’ll need puff pastry dough, cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot Dill Pickle sauce, and dill pickles.
- Baby pickles – and of course, I couldn’t make a pickle board without adding some snack pickles for the pure pickle enthusiast! Feel free to add your favorite pickles. You can use spears, slices, dill pickles, bread and butter, sweet and spicy pickles, or a combination of flavors.
For this pickle charcuterie board, I used a big board that’s 18 inches round. I used six small bowls for the dips, sauce, chips, popcorn, and cashews. I also added 3 small spoons for the dips and sauce.
