Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops
Pork chops are tossed in a balsamic herb marinade, then wrapped in a bacon weave for a delicious & impressive dinner recipe that is so easy to make!

sprigs fresh thyme

stems removed & chopped

steak seasoning

garlic

boneless pork chops

bacon
,
sliced in half
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Whisk the balsamic vinegar & olive oil together in a small bowl.
Mix in the rosemary, thyme, steak seasoning & garlic.
Add this mixture to a plastic bag with the pork chops and toss to coat.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, weave 4 bacon slices together (8 halves of bacon), then weave the other 4 bacon slices together.
Place a pork chop in the center of each bacon weave.
Wrap the weave around the bacon.
Place the bacon wrapped pork chops on top of a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
