Ingredients
1tablespoonolive oil
½cuponions, diced
2clovesgarlic, minced
1poundground turkey, or beef
2tablespoonstaco seasoning, click link for homemade recipe
16ouncejar salsa
15ouncecan black beans, drained & rinsed
16ouncescream cheese
4ouncecan diced green chilies
2cupsspicy cheddar cheese, or pepper jack cheese (shredded)
1cupguacamole, click link for easy recipe
2tablespoonsgreen onions, diced
½cuptomatoes, diced

10ouncebag tortilla chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, cook 3 minutes, add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
Once the turkey is cooked through, drain any grease, then add the taco seasoning, salsa and black beans. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, combine the cream cheese and green chilies in a small bowl. Spread in the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.
Top with the ground turkey mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the guacamole, green onions and tomatoes.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
