Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled for a large gathering, like Super Bowl Sunday. Simply hover over the “servings” above and change it from 12 to 24 rolls. This will automatically update the ingredient amounts in the recipe card.
Make sure to pull apart the pieces of biscuit dough before tossing them with the butter, cheese and herbs, so that each side gets coated in the flavorful ingredients.
Leftover pull-apart rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7 days. To reheat leftover rolls, place them in an air fryer at 400°F for 3 minutes, or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
If you can’t find mini pepperonis, purchase full size pepperonis. Cut the pepperonis into quarters before adding them to the recipe.
To make this recipe vegetarian, leave out the pepperonis and instead, add 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, onions or mushrooms.
