Garlic Bread Nachos
Cheesy garlic bread nachos are the best new way to eat garlic bread! This recipe is quick, easy and the perfect appetizer for a party or Italian feast!

mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

grated

ricotta cheese

tablespoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoon
white truffle oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Slice the garlic bread into cubes, then arrange them on a sheet pan.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses evenly over the garlic bread.
Dollop the ricotta cheese around the garlic bread. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the cheese.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Turn the oven broiler to low and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes under the broiler.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with white truffle oil.
Notes
Always keep an eye on the garlic bread nachos while they're under the broiler
in the oven to make sure the cheese doesn't start to burn.
