Lemonade Pie

This Lemonade Pie is a sweet, nostalgic dessert straight from my Grandma Meme’s recipe box, and it’s as easy as it is delicious! Made with just 15 minutes of prep time and a handful of simple ingredients, this no-bake pie is creamy, tangy, and perfectly refreshing. It’s the kind of classic family recipe that’s been shared for generations, and one bite will take you right back to warm summer days.

This post appeared first on the blog in April 2012 and was my 100th blog post dedicated to my Grandma Meme, a woman who inspired my life and my passion for cooking!
I updated the post today with new pretty pictures of this delicious Pink Lemonade Pie!
I was lucky enough to grow up across the street from my grandparents. This meant lots of after school time together and weekend family dinners. My grandma was a stay-at-home wife and mom who loved to cook and really loved to bake!
There was always something sweet and delicious to eat after dinner and her specialty was pies!
Growing up, my brothers favorite was her famous Chocolate Pie and mine was her Pink Lemonade pie. In memory of Meme, who we lost in 2010, I dedicate my 100th post to her by making the Pink Lemonade Pie!

Key ingredients
Above I show you all of the ingredients for the recipe (because I’m a visual person and I find it helpful, hopefully you do too!). Below I tell you about the main players in the recipe. You can find the full list of ingredients with measurements in the recipe card.
- Graham cracker crumbs – you can find the crumbs in a box on the baking aisle at major grocery stores. Or you can crush whole graham crackers in a food processor, or in a Ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
- Frozen pink lemonade concentrate – my grandma always made this recipe for me with pink lemonade. It was my favorite and it made the pie a pretty pink color. You can also make it with traditional frozen lemonade.
- Sweetened condensed milk – make sure not to confuse this with evaporated milk. They’re both in a can and usually sit next to each other on the grocery store shelves.
Instructions
I’ve included step by step photos below to make this recipe super easy to follow at home. For the full detailed recipe instructions, scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of this post.

- Prepare the graham cracker pie crust by combining the crumbs, sugar and butter. Press the mixture into a pie plate. Place the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the pie filling.
- In a large bowl, combine the pink lemonade and condensed milk. Add the lemon juice and cool whip. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the filling into the crust. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

I lined the edges of mine with 2 thinly sliced lemons to “pretty-up” the pie! This is simply for looks and totally optional!
It tasted just how I remembered and I think Meme would be proud!

- 6 ounce can frozen pink lemonade
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 8 ounces cool whip
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by combining the crumbs, sugar and butter. Press the mixture into a pie plate. Place the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the pie filling.

Notes
- I recommend tasting the pie filling before adding it to the crust, if it’s too sweet for your taste, add an additional 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice to balance out the sweetness!
- Use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs to make the pie gluten free.
