Thanksgiving weekend has officially come to an end and if you’re like me, you probably have a refrigerator full of leftover turkey. Now it’s time to take that leftover turkey and re-purpose it into this delicious pull apart bread recipe filled with turkey, cranberry sauce and mozzarella cheese!
It’s so easy to make, it only takes 10 minutes to prep and it’s definitely a crowd-pleaser! The melted rosemary butter poured over the bread really sets this recipe over the top!
Whether it’s after Thanksgiving or not, this delicious pull apart bread is perfect as a party appetizer or game day snack any time of the year! Just grab some turkey at your local deli counter and a jar of cranberry sauce and you’ve got yourself a great Superbowl Sunday party dish!
Simply slice the top of a sourdough loaf of bread and stuff it with the diced turkey and small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, then really get in there and stuff all of the mozzarella cheese into the bread, brush the rosemary butter over the top, wrap it up in foil and bake.

Cranberry Turkey Mozzarella Pull Apart Bread
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Sourdough bread
- ½ cup cooked turkey, chopped
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the bread 4 times in each direction, but don’t cut all the way through the bread.
- Stuff the bread with the turkey and dollops of cranberry sauce.
- Stuff the cheese in on top of the turkey and cranberry sauce.
- Combine the melted butter and rosemary in a small bowl and brush over the bread.
- Wrap with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
