Pineapple Whip Fizz

Not only is it tasty and refreshing, but this cocktail is also made with only 3 ingredients, making it an affordable and easy drink for entertaining!
I shook up this cocktail for my “Holiday Bites & Sips” segment on CW 6 San Diego this morning. Everyone fell in love with the simple recipe and delicious drink!
I paired it with Fig & Brie Puff Pastry Bites and a Cranberry Goat Cheese Ball for one scrumptious morning show party! I highly recommend doing the same for your holiday parties! 🙂
Ingredients
- ½ cup ice
- 1 oz whipped cream vodka
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- Champagne
Add the ice, whipped cream vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with the champagne.
For the news segment and the photographs in this post, I added a sugar rim to the champagne flutes.
To do this, simply pour about one ounce of pineapple juice on a small rimmed plate, on another small rimmed plate, pour about 2 tbsp sugar, first dip the top of the champagne flute in then pineapple juice, then in the sugar. This adds an extra element of sweetness and fun to this fizz cocktail!

Pineapple Whip Fizz
Ingredients
- ½ cup ice
- 1 oz whipped cream vodka
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ cup champagne
Instructions
- Add the ice, whipped cream vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker.
- Shake well, then strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with the champagne.
- Optional - add a sugar rim by dipping the champagne flute in pineapple juice, then in sugar before adding the cocktail to the glass.
