Pop Rocks Watermelon Martini

This watermelon martini recipe is given a fun twist with the addition of a Watermelon Pop Rocks rim, perfect for Halloween parties!
Hello Pop Rocks! The candy that’s not only delicious, but also fun to eat!
Now take that fun and delicious candy, and turn it into a martini, and we have some serious fun on our hands!
Ingredients
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz watermelon pucker
- ¼ cup ice cubes
- 2 oz lemon lime soda (+ additional for rimming glass)
- 1 bag Watermelon Pop Rocks Candy
Add the vanilla vodka, watermelon pucker and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Rim a martini glass with lemon lime soda (a nice little trick for when you don’t have fresh lemon or lime juice on hand!) then add the Pop Rocks to the rim.
Pour the martini into the glass and serve.

Instructions
- Add the vanilla vodka, watermelon pucker and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
- Rim a martini glass with lemon lime soda, then add the Pop Rocks to the rim.
- Pour the martini from the cocktail shaker into the glass, top with the 2 oz of lemon lime soda.

I think I seriously need to make these! I used to love Pop Rocks when I was a kid – who knows if I still do now but this recipe looks like it would be so fun and unique! Nice, Whitney!
