For this post, I partnered up with my friends at Anolon to create delicious recipes for both easy weeknight meals and elevated weekend dinners, all using their Umber collection of cookware, including the 7.5 quart stockpot and 11 piece set of pots, pans and lids.

To start off, I created an easy weeknight one pot lasagna bolognese that’s made in only 30 minutes!

This recipe is made by cooking the bolognese sauce in an Anolon Advanced Umber 12-Inch Deep Skillet, then adding the lasagna noodles and cheese to the skillet and cooking it all together for a delicious weeknight meal.

With a little more time on the weekend, I highly recommend whipping up this traditional lasagna bolognese. The sauce simmers in the oven for 2-3 hours developing a deep, rich flavor, and is then made into a traditional layered lasagna dish.
