Mexican Street Corn is hard to beat, it’s creamy, spicy and so flavorful!
So, what happens when you top Mexican Turkey Burgers with Mexican Street Corn?! You get one seriously delicious burger recipe!
For this recipe, I used Jennie-O Seasoned Turkey Burger Patties.
I love these turkey burgers because they’re individually wrapped so you can make as few or as many as you want.
They can also go straight from the freezer to the grill, keeping them fresh in the freezer until right before you’re ready to cook them up!
While the burgers are grilling, toss together the Mexican Street Corn topping and you’ve got a delicious meal in under 30 minutes!
Mexican Turkey Burgers Ingredients
- 2 cobs of corn
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 6 Jennie-O 1/3 lb. Seasoned Turkey Burgers (found in the freezer aisle)
- ½ cup cotija cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- ½ cup guacamole
Grill the corn for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat. Remove from the grill and use a sharp knife to remove the kernels from the cobs. Combine the kernels with the sour cream, lime juice, cayenne pepper and cilantro in a small pot, set aside.
Place the turkey burgers on the grill over medium heat. Grill for 9-10 minutes per side. Top with the cotija cheese and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes. Place the hamburger buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
While the burgers are grilling, place the pot of Mexican street corn on the stove over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the buns from the grill and spread the guacamole on the bottom buns, then top with the burgers, the corn mixture and top bun.
Easy as that, delicious Mexican Turkey Burgers are ready for lunch, dinner or your next Summer BBQ!

Guacamole in a burger sounds delicious! I’m thinking maybe add some oregano, what do you think?
