I started feeling that dreaded cold coming on after New Years Eve so I vowed to stay in and drink as many healthy beverages as possible. Within 24 hours, I was feeling 100% again!
One of my creations during this weekend of hibernation was this Immunity Boosting Orange Berry Smoothie. It’s filled with fruits and so delicious!

I did not try this recipe. I am Diabetic and it has too, too much carbs and sugar.
Will you please provide some recipes for breakfast drinks with lower carbs and sugar substitutes that we Diabetics can drink.
