Healthy Orange Berry Smoothie

The smoothie has 34% of your daily value of Vitamin A, 216% of Vitamin C (the powerhouse of immunity boosting vitamins!) and 70% of Vitamin K!

It’s also filled with vitamins D, E and B12, as well as iron and calcium!

Antioxidant Boosting Smoothie

I added Beaming’s Superfood Smoothie Blend to give this smoothie an extra boost of goodness. After all, they don’t call it a “Superfood Blend” for nothing!

It’s packed with 15 nutritious superfoods filled with amino acids, vitamins and essential enzymes, all drawn from the earth! Basically it will help give you the superpowers you need to boost that immunity and feel great!

Orange Berry Immunity Boosting Smoothie Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oranges (peeled & de-seeded)
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana (peeled & sliced)
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Beaming Superfood Smoothie Blend

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
