Slow Cooker Hawaiian Chicken Sliders

Hawaiian Chicken Sliders are easily made by tossing chicken, pineapple & Hawaiian BBQ sauce in a slow cooker for a few hours, then serving on Hawaiian rolls!

Now what I haven’t done yet is introduce you all to a recipe featuring their Original Sweet Pineapple BBQ Sauce, which just so happens to make the most delicious Hawaiian Chicken ever!
Seriously, all you need is a bottle of this awesome sauce, some fresh diced pineapple, chicken and a slow cooker and you’ve got one seriously easy and scrumptious Hawaiian Chicken recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 bottle (15 oz) King’s Hawaiian Original Pineapple BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 packages (12 count) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- Top with pepper jack cheese, avocado or fresh sliced jalapenos
Add the chicken, BBQ sauce and pineapple to a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the lid and shred the chicken, toss with the BBQ sauce and pineapple. Serve on King’s Hawaiian Rolls.
Add the toppings of your choice, like sliced avocado for a little creamy deliciousness!
Or fresh jalapenos for a kick of spice, which pairs perfectly with the sweet pineapple Hawaiian chicken!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 15 oz bottle King’s Hawaiian Original Pineapple BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 24 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
Optional Toppings
- pepper jack cheese, shredded
- avocado, sliced
- fresh jalapenos, sliced
Instructions
- Add the chicken, BBQ sauce and pineapple to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the lid and shred the chicken, toss with the BBQ sauce and pineapple.
- Serve on King’s Hawaiian Rolls.
- Add the toppings of your choice.
