It’s sweet, pink, bubbly and boozy, combining so many of the best things in life!
You only need two ingredients and a couple of minutes to whip up this new twist on an ice cream float which can be served as a cocktail, dessert, or both!
- 1 pint raspberry sorbet
- 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling rosé
Add two scoops of raspberry sorbet to a stemless wine glass.
Pour approximately one cup of sparkling rosé over the raspberry sorbet in the wine glass.
