Blueberry BBQ Grilled Salmon

Fresh Grilled Salmon is smothered in Homemade Blueberry BBQ Sauce made with only 4 ingredients for a simple, healthy, gluten free recipe!
This recipe is healthy, delicious and easy to make! I made the sauce with only 4 ingredients in about 10 minutes. You’ll love the unique combination of fresh salmon and blueberries.
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh blueberries (divided)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon bbq seasoning
- 1 pound fresh salmon
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, or an oven to 400°F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add half of the blueberries.
Once the berries begin to burst, add the vinegars.
Reduce heat to low and add the BBQ seasoning.
Simmer 5-10 minutes.
Mix all of the ingredients together while lightly mashing the blueberries into the sauce.
Pour the blueberry bbq sauce over the salmon in a foil basket.
Sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the top.
Place on the grill (or in the oven) for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve.
Slice the grilled salmon into 2-4 pieces, depending on how hungry you are, or how much of the deliciousness you’re willing to share!
