How to make them
To make these cheesy chicken ranch wraps, all you have to do is fill the tortillas with cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and mozzarella cheese, wrap them up then grill them on a skillet or in a grill pan for 2-3 minutes.
The result is a wrap that’s creamy and cheesy on the inside but crisp and flavorful on the outside.
Optional additions
These wraps are so quick and easy to make, you’re going to want to make them over and over again! For a little extra spice and flavor, try adding one or two of the ingredients listed below to mix things up.

Cheesy Chicken Ranch Wraps
Ingredients
- 6 Mission® Gluten Free Soft Taco Tortillas
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat.
- Add ¼ cup of cheddar cheese to the middle of each tortilla, top with ¼ cup of chicken, drizzle with 2 tbsp ranch dressing and top with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap up burrito style, folding two sides in first, then rolling tight.
- Place in a large skillet or on a grill pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
