I love this recipe because it’s the perfect balance of sweet and spicy! Cinnamon and maple give the salmon a nice sweetness where the chili powder and chipotle powder give it a little kick of spice!
I baked the salmon with small diced sweet potatoes which roast up perfectly in the same time as the salmon for a delicious, complete meal!

- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb salmon

Cinnamon Chipotle Salmon Instructions
