While the turkey is roasting for about 4 hours, you’ll have plenty of time to prepare these Oven Roasted Cajun Mashed Potatoes!

Instead of boiling the potatoes, like traditional mashed potatoes, these Cajun Mashed Potatoes are made by roasting the potatoes with cajun seasonings.

The potatoes are then mashed with cream cheese, butter and heavy cream to create the most flavorful mashed potatoes with a delicious & velvety texture!
