Gluten Free Taco Spaghetti

Gluten free taco spaghetti is easy to make in one pot in 29 minutes! It’s the perfect meal for a simple weeknight dinner that the entire family will love!

Gluten Free Taco Spaghetti Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup red onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
- 1 package Gluten Free Taco Seasoning (click link for homemade recipe)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- ½ lb gluten free spaghetti
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Gluten Free Taco Spaghetti Instructions
Add the olive oil to a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the red onion and garlic. Saute 2-3 minutes, then add the ground turkey and cook through.
Once the turkey is cooked, add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies and chicken broth.
Break the spaghetti noodles in half, then add to the pot.
Mix everything together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 12-15 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender.
Place in a bowl and top with the cheddar cheese.

- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- ½ lb gluten free spaghetti
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Add the olive oil to a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat.

- Sauté 2-3 minutes, then add the ground turkey and cook through.
- Once the turkey is cooked, add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies and chicken broth.
- Break the spaghetti noodles in half, then add to the pot.
- Mix everything together and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook 12-15 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender.
- Place in a bowl and top with the cheddar cheese.
