After finding out just how in demand banana bread recipes were in the US in 2014, I decided to make a special banana bread recipe for all of my gluten free friends and followers!

Gluten Free Strawberry Banana Bread Recipe

I used my go-to Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour, then added strawberries to the bread to give it a sweet little burst of flavor!

The bread turned out perfectly moist and delicious, and I’ve basically been eating it for breakfast every morning this week.

Gluten Free Strawberry Banana Bread Ingredients

Gluten Free Strawberry Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced) 

Gluten Free Strawberry Banana Bread Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cream the sugar and butter together in a large bowl. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, milk and cinnamon.

In a small bowl, combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine well.

Hand mix in the sliced strawberries. 

Pour the bread batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour – 1 hour 15 minutes.

Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the loaf pan and slicing.
