This easy game day recipe takes only 10 minutes to prep, so you can get out of the kitchen and back to the game in no time!
- 1 package (12 count) King’s Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup jalapeno ranch dressing (or classic ranch dressing)
- 4 oz can sliced jalapenos (drained & chopped)
- 1 ½ cups cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups cheddar or pepper jack cheese (shredded)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cut the jalapeno rolls in half through the middle, keeping the rolls in tact.
Place bottom half of rolls in a 9”x13” baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, jalapeno ranch dressing and chopped jalapenos, spread onto the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
Combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce and spoon over the jalapeno ranch cream cheese.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese over the buffalo chicken.
Cover with the top half of the jalapeno rolls.
Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and use a knife to slice in between each of the rolls.
Pull apart and serve.
After baking, the jalapeño rolls are nice and crispy and the cheese is melty deliciousness, making these the best sliders ever!
