Red Velvet Cookies are filled with white chocolate chips and blueberries in this colorful and patriotic dessert recipe, perfect for summer and 4th of July!
It’s almost time for 4th of July festivities and what’s more fun and patriotic than red, white and blue cookies!
A couple of weeks I was eating lunch with my boyfriend Kurt and our friend Matt at Souplantation (those guys are obsessed with that place!) and at the end of our meal, Matt put a blueberry muffin in the bottom of a bowl, then topped it with chocolate soft serve. I thought he was either totally weird or a total genius! Turns out this time, he was a total genius!
The combination of blueberries and chocolate is totally tasty, which then gave me the idea for these patriotic cookies! White chocolate chips + blueberries + red velvet cookies = chewy, chocolatey, deliciousness!
