Garlic Herb Bacon Wrapped Brie

Bacon wrapped brie is an easy, savory recipe that combines delicious crispy bacon with warm melty brie, creating the perfect party appetizer!
There’s no recipe more popular during the holiday season than this Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast! It’s got everything you could want, tons of flavor, crispy bacon and juicy turkey!
While planning my upcoming Birthday/Christmas Cocktail Party, I was inspired by this popular turkey recipe and used that inspiration to create this Bacon Wrapped Brie.
There’s no denying my love for baked brie. Whether it’s covered in salted caramel, baked in a bread bowl with caramelized pears or topped with delicious tomato basil bruschetta, there’s no such thing as “too much baked brie” in my life, ever!
How to make it
- Combine balsamic vinegar, rosemary, thyme and garlic in a small bowl.
- Pour this mixture on top of an 8 oz round of brie cheese.
- Cut 4 slices of bacon in half and weave the 8 pieces of bacon together. Place the bacon weave on top of the brie and tuck underneath.
- Place the brie on top of a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
What to serve it with
A sliced, warm baguette or hearty crackers are perfect for serving with this baked brie recipe. If you want to double up on the garlic goodness, you can also serve it with homemade garlic bread.
If you’re on the keto diet, you can serve it with Zero Carb Bread or Mighty Cheese Crunch Crackers. This recipe follows the keto diet, as it’s low-carb and contains only 1 gram of carbs per serving.
How to cut it
Serve this bacon wrapped brie with a knife and a cheese spreader. Guests can then slice into the bacon with the knife, then spread the brie and bacon onto bread or a cracker.
How to keep it warm
After cooking the baked brie, turn the oven down to a “warm setting” or 250°F. Wrap the bacon wrapped brie in foil and leave it in the oven until ready to serve.

Garlic Herb Bacon Wrapped Brie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 8 oz round brie cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, rosemary, thyme and garlic.
- Brush this mixture on top of the brie cheese.
- Weave the 8 halved bacon slices together, place the weave on top of the brie and tuck underneath.
- Place the bacon wrapped brie on top of a wire rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
