Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

These PF Chang’s copycat turkey lettuce wraps, made in only 15 minutes, are prepared with lean ground turkey, making them a healthy and gluten free option!
If you’ve ever been to a PF Chang’s, there’s a 99.9% chance, you’ve had their famous lettuce wraps!
While I don’t frequent many chain restaurants, (I’m lucky to have so many amazing local options in San Diego!) I do have to say that I don’t mind a little PF Chang’s every once in a while, some chicken lettuce wraps, followed by sweet and sour chicken, delish! But, I also love being able to make these recipes at home to save some money.
I recreated PF Chang’s Sweet & Sour Chicken on the blog back in 2012, and made it lighter, healthier and gluten free, now I’m doing the same for these turkey lettuce wraps!
While PF Chang’s lettuce wraps are made with chicken, I used extra lean ground turkey instead. The result was a lettuce wrap recipe that’s high in protein, gluten free and dairy free, yet still totally delicious and tastes almost identical to PF Chang’s dish!
These can be served as an appetizer, but my husband and I gobbled them up for dinner one night and it was more than enough for a meal for the two of us!

I made these tonight, and my picky husband and I both LOVED them! The turkey mixture was packed full of balanced flavors. The recipe was easy to follow, and the ingredients are super healthy! Only change is that I replaced the soy sauce with coconut aminos because I’ve staying away from soy. This meal will definitely be added to our rotation.

These lettuce wraps look great! How did you make the dipping sauce?
Thanks Allie! I actually just served them with soy sauce on the side. They’re so flavorful they don’t really need any additional sauce!
