In our house, French Onion Dip and chips are always a requirement on the menu for NFL Sundays!  So like any good food blogger, I made my own French Onion Dip Mix and started making homemade dip every Sunday.

Since I now had this delicious French Onion Dip Mix sitting in the pantry, I decided to try it out on other recipes, instead of just dip!

I first tried it out on pot roast and the result was AMAZING! Seriously, French Onion Pot Roast is the best pot roast ever! It was so good, I made it both in a pressure cooker and in a slow cooker.

Next up, I made these French Onion Dip Tacos. The perfect game day food that combines easy ground beef tacos with a seriously delicious dip!

We ate them on game day in crispy shells, then I made them again for dinner during the week and served them on flour tortillas. Both totally tasty options for this seriously easy taco recipe!

To make these ground beef tacos, start by cooking the beef in a large skillet. Drain any grease from the beef, then add the French Onion Dip Mix and beef broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.

Serve the tacos in crispy baked taco shells or warmed flour tortillas and top with shredded Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and french onion dip. {Because there’s really no such thing as too much french onion dip!}
