Frequently asked questions
- What’s buffalo sauce made of? While each recipe varies, buffalo sauce usually consists of cayenne pepper, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder and butter.
- Is ground turkey good for you? Yes it is! Ground turkey is an excellent high protein, low calorie food. If you are watching your fat intake, make sure to choose a low or fat free ground turkey.
- Why do you put an egg in meatballs? Adding egg to the meatball mixture helps to bind all of the ingredients together, which helps the meatballs hold their shape.
